It would be like Old Yeller, only no one would miss them once they were gone.
According to police reports, Jeffery Schramm broke into his brother's home Sept. 12 and stole a 2-week-old dachshund. The purebred puppy is a rare fawn color and worth about $4,500, though the report listed no motive for the burglary. The puppy was taken from its mother and allegedly was not given food or water while in Schramm's care for four days.
Upon questioning, Schramm told police the puppy "has not eaten in four days and does not need to. It does not need food and it is its own man and can take care of itself."
Animal control officers reported the puppy was in poor shape and in desperate need of food and water.
I would insert a witty and sarcastic commentary, but I don't think I need to. This idiotic man makes himself look bad enough.
